Acuative cares about important issues in our communities and the environment.
Our company and team members strive to make an impact locally – and in the world. We divide our focus into two main areas: Community Involvement and Environmental Sustainability.
Whether it’s working to help raise money to find a cure for cancer, collecting food for those in need or sponsoring families over the holidays, we are dedicated to helping the people and communities in which we operate.
Below are a few of the charities that Acuative has supported over the years:
Achievement Centers for Children's Camp Cheerful – Children and adults with disabilities participate in a variety of recreational activities that encourage confidence and independence, and create opportunities for lifelong friendships while having fun and improving their quality of life.
Adopt A Family Association – Provides a short-term safety net and caring support to families in crisis who are working to maintain a stable home environment for their children as they overcome traumatic socioeconomic circumstances.
ALS Association - The only national non-profit organization fighting Lou Gehrig's Disease/Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) on every front, including research, public policy, care services, and public education and awareness.

Employees at our Global Technology Center in Cleveland, Ohio, purchased raffle tickets to win the opportunity to dump the ice water on a manager of their choice. All proceeds from the raffle and a bake sale held in the facility were donated to ALS.

At the 2015 National Retail Federation Expo and Convention in New York City, Acuative supported ROI and the More Than Me organization, a school in Monrovia, Liberia, for children orphaned by Ebola. The founder of More Than Me, Katie Meyler, was selected as a Time Magazine Person of the Year in January 2015 for her efforts.
In addition to Acuative's corporate sponsorship of ROI and More Than Me, employees participated in a company-wide 50/50 raffle and all proceeds were donated to the cause. For more information on the impact made by Katie Meyler and the More Thank Me organization, click here.
