customer’s site! The customer was having problems that turned out to be a bent
pin in their inside wiring. The Telsource technician traced the cabling
back to the patch panel, as well as from the MPOE to the patch panel to isolate
the issue. He was an amazingly nice, incredibly professional tech.
After he fixed that issue, we could see the firewall and the install was
flawless (after 90 some odd minutes of him rooting around a small, messy,
overheated telco closet). The 348 install took about 10 minutes.

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that the Telsource CE we had onsite yesterday
afternoon and evening was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!! We had several hurdles
at this site that caused unique issues in getting the routers configured. His
total patience and vast experience as well as his complete technical
ability was crucial in being able to make these configuration changes. Not
only did he persevere with us for a great deal of time making these changes, he
also spent a considerable amount of time locating the Access Circuits which
were not clearly marked with the circuit ID's. In addition, he also had to
look around the equipment room/area to locate one of the new routers that had
been "stored" away by the customer and was not readily available. I
can honestly say that without the fantastic assistance and dedication from the
Telsource CE, we would have been LOST during this equipment install.

technician performed for me on our latest project. We have one site that has
had persistent problems with the premise inside wire. The extension was
originally performed in August on house pairs. We then started having errors on
the circuit - so Telsource re-extended the circuit on house pairs. Your
technician was able to diagnose an impedance on the 50 pair cable run. He also
noted that the cable had a severe kink which, in his experience, causes
transmission problems. He suggested that we run shielded CAT5 since there was
some type of interference on the cable feed. Bypassing the premise ISW fixed
all the problems and we are cutting over the site today. Please let your
technician know that we appreciate his technical expertise as well as his
professionalism. Thanks!”
