Susan
Pirzchalski, Vice President-Systems and Technology
As Vice President of Systems and Technology, Ms. Pirzchalski is responsible for
the overall system architecture and design of Telsource’s P32mxi Integrated
Access Device product line. Ms. Pirzchalski has over 16 years of experience in
the telecommunications industry. She began her career at AT&T Bell
Laboratories designing software for the ISDN Line Unit of the 5ESS Central
Office Switch. Working as a Systems Engineer at Electrospace (now a part of
Rockwell) she designed and installed secure telecommunications networks for the
US Air Force. Prior to joining Telsource, Ms. Pirzchalski was a Systems
Engineer for Reltec (now Marconi Communications) where she was instrumental in
developing the requirements for their GR-303 compliant Next Generation Digital
Loop Carrier system.
Ms. Pirzchalski has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas
in Austin.
Tony
Carter, Vice President-Engineering
Mr. Carter is responsible for overseeing all of the hardware architecture and
design of new equipment and was responsible for design of the Telsource P32mxi
hardware.
Prior to founding the Company, he designed high-speed ATM backplane
architectures for Reltec (now Marconi Communications), as well as the entire
Line Interface Unit (including a custom T1 ASIC) used in their Digital Loop
Carrier System. He also designed a Video Terminal as part of a Video
Conferencing System while working at Datapoint Corporation.
Mr. Carter has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas
A&M University.
Wilbur
Boring, Vice President – Engineering and New Business Development
Mr. Boring is responsible for product engineering and overall new business
development for Telsource’s P32mxi product line. He has over 16 years
experience in key engineering positions. Prior to Telsource, Mr. Boring
developed defense systems for Texas Instruments and fixed wireless terminals
for Motorola.
He holds a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Missouri.
