Vincent Sciarra, President and Chief Executive Officer

As a founder and President of Telsource Corporation, Mr. Sciarra brings vast knowledge and understanding of converged networking and IT challenges, requirements and applications as well as the dynamics of the enterprise and carrier marketplace, to position Telsource as a leader in the industry.

Mr. Sciarra has over 20 years of experience in corporate management, sales of services and products, and product design. As one of the founding partners of Telsource Corporation in 1984, he was instrumental in providing technical field support services to the new emerging telecommunications carriers in their efforts to win market share after deregulation.

During the last 15 years in the field services industry, Mr. Sciarra has been a key player in pursuing markets and developing products for a number of the largest, most successful public and private companies throughout the United States.

Prior to Telsource, he held a key management position with Butler Design Services, a firm providing engineering services to the telecommunications industry.

Mr. Sciarra holds a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickenson University.

Rich Ackerman, Vice President - New Business Development

Mr. Ackerman is a founder of Telsource and has over eighteen years of experience in voice and data communications working with end users and service providers. He has a broad background in communications technology including leadership roles in pursuing large business opportunities for technology deployment. His experience gives him the ability to tackle complex opportunities that require collaboration with other organizations to develop innovative and responsive solutions to large customers and government organizations.

Prior to the establishment of Telsource, Mr. Ackerman was employed at Larson Co. a service contracting organization.

Patrick Danna, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Danna joined Telsource Corporation in November 2007 and brings a diverse combination of technology and high-growth company experience to his position as Chief Financial Officer. He has responsibility for finance, administration, business process and information systems of the company.

With more than 25 years experience in financial functions, including strategic planning, corporate accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, M&A and risk management, Mr. Danna has held financial officer positions with both public & private companies. Most recently from 2001 to 2007, Mr. Danna was with Fundtech, Ltd., in Jersey City, NJ, (Nasdaq: FNDT) a multinational provider of software solutions and services of end-to-end financial transaction processing for financial institutions. As Sr. Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, he was responsible for global accounting and SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and compliance, budgets, forecasts and treasury management.

Prior to that position, Mr. Danna served as Vice President, Controller at ClientSoft Inc., in Hawthorne, NY from 1999 thru 2001. Other positions held by Mr. Danna include Vice President, Controller and Treasurer at CHI Energy, Inc., in Stamford, Conn. and various levels thru Partner at Bencivenga & Company, CPAs in New York City.

Mr. Danna is a CPA and holds a B.S. degree from Seton Hall University.

Greg Sweeney, Vice President - Sales & Marketing

Mr. Sweeney is responsible for the development and management of all sales efforts driving overall sales growth as well as the creation of service and product offers, market research, advertising, trade shows, web site content and documentation. Prior to joining Telsource he was a Director at Lucent where he led all sales, market and channel development activities for Lucent's first Internet Protocol voice products. Mr. Sweeney has over fifteen years experience in technology and communications products and services for Lucent, AT&T and General Electric. During that time frame he has held a variety of leadership positions in sales, marketing, product management and new business development.

Mr. Sweeney holds a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, a B.A .in Psychology and an M.B.A., all from Rutgers University.

Bob Cain, Vice President - Operations/Field Services

Mr. Cain is responsible for Telsource's nationwide field service engineering and operations team and all related operations support functions provided in the National Operations Center in Strongsville, Ohio, which include: Operations Support, Resource Allocation, Materials Management, and Distribution Center.

Mr. Cain has over 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry encompassing engineering, network operations and design, sales, and marketing. Mr. Cain has held various leadership positions at AT&T. He has successfully completed extensive Bell System training in both technical and management programs.

He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris College.
