For first-time and casual users of StarCAD, using the Wizard is the best way to get started. The Wizard will guide you step-by-step through the provisioning process. The Wizard first asks what type of system you are trying to provision:

Click OK once you have picked your system type. The system then asks "Will you be using any Data Services (V.35 or Router)?" Click either Yes or No. If you said Yes, then the system asks "Will you be configuring a Router?" Click either Yes or No. To generate the example below we selected a Standard Channel Bank with a Router.

The main Wizard screen has two parts: Tasks and Subtasks. The upper list shows the individual Subtasks that need to be completed before going on to the next Tasks (shown in the lower list). The Wizard automatically displays the forms needed to perform the Subtasks in the Section. Once all of the Subtasks are complete, press Next to go to the next Task (or Previous if you want to change something you did earlier).
Once you have completed all of the tasks, you can either Save this configuration to a file or Download it directly to a system. Clicking Finish closes the Wizard and returns you to the Main Screen.
