StarCAD 9000 is a Graphical User Interface (GUI) which is used to generate Provisioning information and perform Maintenance operations (such as retrieving Performance Monitoring data).

The built-in "Configuration Wizard" will walk you step-by-step through the creation of your network, from a simple channel bank to a fully-featured Voice over IP system.
Before using the program, look at Defining Your Network to get an idea of what kinds of networks StarCAD 9000 can build. Once you feel comfortable with how your network is put together, start using StarCAD 9000.
